All creations displayed with an “Add to Bag” option are available for online purchase, subject to availability. If a particular design does not show this option, it may still be available by request. Please reach out via our Contact Us page and our Client Experience Team will be happy to assist.

Please note that certain high-jewelry and bespoke pieces may be available to order even if the price is not publicly displayed.
How does a standard order placed on Zevaher.com work?
Placing a standard order on Zevaher.com is a seamless and secure experience. Simply browse our curated collections, select your desired piece, and follow the guided checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation upon successful payment.

For personalization options such as engraving or embossing (where available), you may select them at checkout or contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
Does Zevaher offer personalization?
Yes. We offer full bespoke design services, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your vision. You may draw inspiration from any of our existing collections or personalize one of our standard designs with options such as engraving or embossing, where supported.
How does bespoke design process work?
Zevaher offers advanced personalization from elegant engravings to fully customized designs. Each bespoke creation follows a meticulously curated journey:

1. Initiation of a Design Customization Order
2. Development of an initial concept sketch
3. Approval and creation of a detailed Perspective Design
4. Technical rendering through a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model
5. Delivery of a high-resolution jewelry render for final confirmation

Design files may be shared upon request; however, Zevaher retains the discretion to determine what is shared, depending on the level of investment and proprietary considerations.

Can I request a one-of-a-kind, exclusive design?
Yes. For clients seeking complete creative exclusivity, Zevaher offers a service ensuring that your bespoke design will not be repeated for any other client.

While we may draw inspiration for future pieces, we uphold the uniqueness of your creation through discretion and integrity.

Do you offer embossing services?
Yes, embossing is available on select Zevaher products. If a product supports embossing, the option will be shared during customization or order placement. For special requests, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
Can I personalize an item with engraving?
Yes, most Zevaher creations can be engraved. If engraving is supported, this option will appear during your ordering process. You may also request engraving by contacting our team directly.

Please ensure your engraving text is submitted exactly as you wish it to appear. The engraved cannot be changed once production has commenced. For further inquiries, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
Why is the price not displayed for some products?
If a creation appears unavailable for online ordering, it may still be accessible through direct inquiry. We invite you to contact our Client Experience Team via the Contact Us page for availability and personalized guidance.
What if a product is unavailable online?
Yes, embossing is available on select Zevaher products. If a product supports embossing, the option will be shared during customization or order placement. For special requests, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
Will the product I receive look exactly like the visuals and descriptions on the website?
We make every effort to represent each Zevaher creation with precision and accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to the natural and artisanal character of our materials—particularly gemstones and handcrafting processes.

Metal weights and gemstone specifications listed are approximate. While we strive to match these details as closely as possible, slight differences may arise due to the inherent variability in gemstone weight and artisanal finishing. Each piece is crafted with meticulous care and reflects the singular beauty of its origin.
How can I tell if the product visualization is a real photograph or a render?
All authentic product photographs and videos are clearly marked with the tagline “Actual Product Photograph or Video” to help you distinguish them from digital renders.
Can Zevaher replicate a design from other brands?
No. Zevaher does not replicate or reproduce copyright-protected designs from other brands. Each Zevaher creation is original, conceived through our in-house design process and rooted in our heritage of artisanal craftsmanship. We celebrate creative integrity and offer bespoke design experiences that are uniquely yours.
Can I order Zevaher’s designs from another jeweler?
No. All Zevaher designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Our creations are the result of original artistry, heritage craftsmanship, and proprietary techniques. Reproducing, replicating, or commissioning Zevaher designs through any third party is strictly prohibited and may constitute a legal violation.

How do I care for my Zevaher piece?

DIAMONDS & GEMSTONES
Does Zevaher use lab-grown diamonds or synthetic gemstones?
No. Zevaher exclusively uses natural diamonds and gemstones, ethically sourced from across the globe. Each stone is selected for its rarity, brilliance, and authenticity — ensuring that every piece we create embodies genuine luxury and timeless beauty.
Are Zevaher gemstones treated?
Some gemstones may undergo standard treatments (e.g., heat) in line with gemological standards. These are always disclosed. We also offer rare, untreated stones upon request.
Can I get the full piece certified?
Yes, we offer full-jewelry certification from IGI upon request, which may involve additional service fees.
Do you provide certification for your diamonds?
Yes. All diamonds of 0.19 carats and above are accompanied by an original GIA grading report.
What are the 4Cs of Diamonds?
The 4Cs — Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight — are the global standards for evaluating diamond quality. Zevaher only works with diamonds that meet our rigorous standards across all four.
What colored gemstones does Zevaher work with?
Zevaher proudly works with all three of the world’s most revered colored gemstones—sapphires, emeralds, and rubies—sourced for their rarity, vibrance, and heritage value. In addition, we craft with an exceptional array of other fine gemstones, including tsavorites, tourmalines, topazes, amethysts, garnets, corals, opals, turquoises, pearls, carnelians, peridots, and more.

Every gemstone is ethically sourced and hand-selected to meet Zevaher’s uncompromising standards of beauty and authenticity — ensuring each creation is both timeless and extraordinary.
ORDER PROCESS
What is the bespoke design process?
Each bespoke creation at Zevaher is a journey of artistry and precision, unfolding through the following stages:

1. Sketch Development – Hand-drawn concepts that bring your ideas to life.
2. Perspective Design – A refined visual interpretation from multiple angles.
3. Technical CAD Design – Precision modeling for structural and design accuracy.
4. High-Resolution Jewelry Render – A photorealistic preview of your final piece.

Design files may be shared upon request; however, Zevaher reserves the right to do so at its discretion, based on the level of investment and proprietary considerations.
How can I request a bespoke order?
You may book a private appointment or contact our team via the Contact Us page to begin your bespoke journey.
Who can place an order with Zevaher?
Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Orders are accepted from countries where Zevaher delivers.
Can I place an order as a guest?
Yes. Orders can be placed without creating an account. However, an internal client profile may still be generated for order management.
Is placing an item in my shopping bag a reservation?
No. Placing an item in your bag does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written Confirmation of Order & Shipment.
What are your payment terms?
A 75% advance is required to initiate production. The remaining 25% must be paid before shipment or final product approval.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a formal Confirmation of Order via email, which constitutes the binding contract for your purchase.
Which currencies do you support?
Prices are listed in AED or USD and include VAT unless otherwise noted. At your request, our Customer Experience team can share bank transfer details to support multiple global currencies. Import taxes and duties are the client's responsibility.
Can I cancel or modify a bespoke order?
Yes, but only before production begins. A 25% design service fee will be deducted if design work (e.g., sketches, CADs) has already been provided. Once CAD is approved and production starts, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
What payment methods may I use on the website?
Zevaher accepts payments via bank transfer and credit/debit cards. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Our secure online payment accepts AMEX, Mastercard, VISA credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.

If you place an order through the Customer Experience team, the payment methods include options of paying securely through a payment link or a bank transfer.

Please note we do not accept cash for payments in any form.

Do I have to pay VAT or customs duties when placing an order on Zevaher.com?
It depends on where your order is being delivered:
< br> - For deliveries within the UAE: A 5% VAT is applicable and will be added to your total at checkout. No customs duties apply. - For international orders (outside the UAE): VAT is not charged by Zevaher. However, your country may apply customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when the order arrives. These charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. - For orders picked up in the UAE (via personal courier or logistics provider): VAT is charged as the goods are being collected locally.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any charges that may apply upon delivery.
How can I access all my quotes, invoices, and payment receipts?
Zevaher provides a centralized accounts management portal at accounts.zevaher.com, where you can securely access all your quotes, invoices, and payment receipts using your unique username and password. Access is granted following registration with our team.

SIZING
How do I determine my ring or bracelet size?

Do you offer sizing kits?
Yes. A physical sizing kit is available to be directly shipped to you. A nominal advance is required, which is deducted from the final invoice. The fee is non-refundable if the order is not pursued.
Do you offer sizing assistance?
Yes, we do. Our Customer Experience team offers personalized virtual sizing consultations to help you find the perfect fit. We highly recommend confirming your size before placing an order, and we’ll be delighted to assist you every step of the way.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where does Zevaher ship?
We ship domestically within the UAE and internationally to approved destinations using insured logistics providers such as Brinks, DHL Express, and FedEx.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses?
No. We do not ship to PO boxes, pickup points, forwarding services, or restricted areas.
What are your production and shipping timelines?
Production typically requires 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the level of personalization involved. Once complete, your order is shipped securely through our trusted logistics partners. Domestic deliveries within the UAE are fulfilled within 1 business day, while international shipments average 3 business days, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

For urgent requests or special delivery arrangements, our Customer Experience team will be delighted to assist.
How will my item be packaged?
Each piece is presented in signature Zevaher packaging and includes authentication and certification documents.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details and a delivery window. All deliveries require a signature for security purposes.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured until signed for. If there’s any damage or loss, notify our Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of receipt.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international deliveries, duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the client's responsibility. Zevaher provides required documentation to assist in customs clearance.
RETURNS & GUARANTEES
Can I return or exchange my item?
No. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is made specifically for the client and cannot be resold or modified.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before production begins. If Zevaher has provided design services (e.g., CAD or sketches), a 25% design service fee applies. Once the CAD is approved, cancellations are no longer permitted.
When will I receive my refund (if eligible)?
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15 working days and returned via the original payment method.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes. We offer repairs for Zevaher pieces within the UAE and in select international locations. Contact our team to assess eligibility and procedures.
What is your quality guarantee?
