At Zevaher, we take great care in ensuring that each bespoke creation is delivered with the same precision and excellence with which it was crafted. Our shipping policy is designed to provide our clients with transparency, security, and peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

As our pieces are made-to-order and crafted with exceptional attention to detail, shipping timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the production schedule. Estimated shipping timelines are communicated to the client upon order confirmation and may range from 4 to 8 weeks from design finalization and receipt of advance payment.

We remain in touch with our clients throughout the journey, offering updates on the manufacturing and shipping milestones.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only accept orders for delivery to the country or countries that are identified during the Order Process. Please note that we do not ship to certain addresses, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, PO boxes or International Forward Shipping services. For further information, please contact our Customer Experience team.

Zevaher ships worldwide from our headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer:

  • Domestic Shipping (UAE): Fully insured delivery using trusted logistics partners.
  • International Shipping: Secure, fully insured delivery via specialized jewelry couriers, including Brinks, for select destinations. For other international regions, we may use DHL Express or equivalent high-security services.

Shipping fees and applicable duties or taxes will be quoted at checkout or included in the final invoice, as appropriate.

SHIPPING OF SIZING KITS

Getting the size right is critical for the perfect fit of your Zevaher piece. For select orders, we offer a physical sizing kit to ensure accurate measurements:

  • A nominal advance amount may be requested to initiate the shipment of the sizing kit.
  • This amount will later be adjusted against the final invoice, and will not incur any additional cost to the client.
  • Sizing kits are sent via express delivery and are accompanied by guidance on how to measure accurately.

Please note: the sizing kit fee is non-refundable in case the order is not pursued.

PACKAGING & PRESENTATION

All Zevaher pieces are presented in signature packaging, crafted to reflect the elegance and exclusivity of our brand. Each item is securely housed in protective casing, accompanied by authentication documents and certificates where applicable.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

All shipments from Zevaher are fully insured until the moment of delivery. We take full responsibility for the item in transit. Once a piece has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility transfers to the client.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping, please notify our Customer Experience Team within 48 hours of receipt.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international deliveries, clients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees as per their local laws and regulations. Zevaher will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs processing.

Please note that customs procedures may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our control.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified in advance of your shipment’s dispatch along with a tracking number and estimated delivery window.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics partner will coordinate with you to arrange a secure redelivery.
