Sketch
Initial sketches form the visual language of your idea. Guided by your vision, we explore forms, categories, and artistic directions—centering your concept while opening doors to creative possibility.
Perspective design
Here, the piece takes visual shape. With thoughtful proportions, color interpretations, and contextual detailing, our designers translate a sketch into an evocative, story-rich perspective design: the bridge between dream and craft.
CAD / Render
Our expert design engineers craft high-precision CAD models, refining every detail from gemstone prongs to clasp mechanisms. Rendered visuals offeryou a near-final view, combining technological accuracy with artistic integrity.
3D Printing
Once your design is finalized, we bring it into the physical world, starting not with metal, but with a printed model. Using a special resin that behaves like wax, we create a detailed replica of your jewelry piece. This resin model is carefully checked for precision and proportions, as it will become the exact shape used to cast your jewel in gold. Think of it as the mold through which your idea begins to take real, tangible form.
Gemstone procurement
Excellence begins with selection. Our specialists source only the finest gemstones—each one evaluated for brilliance, integrity, and meaning. At Zevaher, we accept nothing less than “Excellent”, never merely “good” or “very good”.
Gemstone Layout
Before we begin crafting, we bring the design to life on paper. Hand-selected gemstones are gently placed over the original sketch, allowing us to visualize the final composition in full color and form. Manufacturing
From the resin model, your piece is cast in gold - crafted to the purity and color best suited to its design. Then, our master artisans begin their work. Whether assembling cast components or shaping the entire piece by hand, this is where the magic of making truly begins.
With custom tools and practiced hands, every link, setting, and curve is shaped with care, ensuring the final creation is as beautiful, functional, and personal as the idea that sparked it.
Quality Assurance
Every piece undergoes rigorous inspections at multiple stages: microscopic gem setting checks, hallmark engraving, and final polishing by hand and thread. Only when it mirrors or exceeds the original vision do we call it “Excellent” - and only then does it earn the name Zevaher.
