ABOUT ZEVAHER AND THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Conditions of Sale apply to any sales of Zevaher products or services that you may order from Zevaher DMCC (the "Selling Entity", "Zevaher", "we", "us" and "our"), using this website or any associated mobile or digital application, or via our Customer Experience Team by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at exhibitions and private appointments (collectively, the "Sales Channels"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree, you will not be able to purchase products or services through the Sales Channels.

UPDATES TO THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

We may revise these Conditions of Sale from time to time. The latest version will be made available on our Platforms and will become effective immediately upon posting. Any changes made after your order is confirmed will not affect your order unless required by applicable law.

PURCHASING ELIGIBILITY

Only individuals who have reached the age of legal majority (eighteen in the United Arab Emirates), are legally capable of entering contracts, and use a shipping address in a country where we deliver, may order through the Sales Channels. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting as a bona fide end-user and not for resale purposes

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND GUEST CHECKOUT

You may place an order either as a guest or by creating a customer account. If you proceed as a guest, we may still generate an internal client profile to support the management of your order.

PERSONALIZED SERVICES AND DESIGN CUSTOMIZATION

Zevaher offers advanced personalization, including engraving and full design customization. Customized products may not be canceled, exchanged, or returned once production has commenced. The customization journey includes the following stages: initiation of a Design Customization Order, followed by the development of an initial sketch. Once approved, we generate a Perspective Design showing multiple angles. This is succeeded by the creation of a technical CAD Design, and finally, a high-resolution Jewelry Render. Upon request, we may share design artifacts. However, Zevaher reserves the right to determine whether to share these based on the level of investment and proprietary discretion.

DESIGN EXCLUSIVITY

Zevaher offers a distinct level of creative exclusivity for clients who commission bespoke pieces. Upon specific request, we provide a service wherein the original bespoke design created for a client will not be repeated for any other customer. This ensures that the piece remains truly one-of-a-kind, reflecting the uniqueness of its original owner. While Zevaher may craft variations inspired by that design, we will use our best judgement to maintain its uniqueness and integrity. This commitment to design exclusivity is a hallmark of Zevaher’s bespoke offering and a defining element of the exceptional value we provide to our discerning clientele.

BESPOKE ORDER PROCESS

For bespoke commissions, the process begins with the issuance of a formal quotation, which outlines the total cost and payment terms. Once the client approves the quotation, a pro forma invoice is issued, and 75% of the total is collected as a non-refundable advance to commence production. Upon completion, the remaining 25% is invoiced. At each stage, documentation such as the quotation, invoice, payment receipts, and certification documents is shared with the client. Delivery is initiated only after the full balance has been settled.

ORDER PROCESS

Placing a product in your shopping bag does not guarantee its availability. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a written Confirmation of Order & Shipment. Our Customer Experience Team will support you throughout the process by reviewing product availability, assisting with personalization, and managing secure payment. Zevaher reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit orders at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of payment disputes or suspected fraud.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER & SHIPMENT

Upon shipment of your order, we will send you a Confirmation of Order & Shipment in writing (by e-mail or otherwise). This Confirmation of Order & Shipment constitutes our acceptance of your order and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.

PRICING, PAYMENT TERMS AND CURRENCY

All prices are stated in AED or USD and include VAT unless otherwise specified. International duties, customs fees, or other import charges remain the responsibility of the customer. A 75% advance payment is required for all orders to initiate production, and this amount becomes non-refundable once production has commenced. The remaining 25% must be paid prior to shipment or final approval. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card, with a 3% surcharge applicable to credit card transactions.

SHIPPING OF SIZING KITS

Zevaher offers the shipment of sizing kits to ensure precision fitting. In cases where a sizing kit is required, a nominal amount may be requested to initiate shipment. This amount will subsequently be deducted from the final invoice, ensuring no additional cost to the client.

SHIPPING POLICY AND DELIVERY

We deliver only to approved destinations and use insured carriers such as Brinks, FedEx, and DHL. Production times typically range from four to six weeks for standard orders and six to eight weeks for bespoke creations. Shipping timelines are dependent on the destination and customs clearance processes. We are not liable for delays resulting from customs processing or force majeure events. Risk transfers to the client upon signature at delivery. Identification may be required for high-value orders. Unless otherwise arranged, we do not offer partial deliveries.

INVOICES

Invoices are sent via email and may also be included with the shipped item, depending on the nature of the order and destination.

CERTIFICATIONS AND MATERIALS

Zevaher uses only ethically sourced gemstones and conflict-free diamonds in compliance with the Kimberley Process. Each qualifying item is accompanied by gemological certification from recognized laboratories such as GIA or IGI, affirming quality and authenticity.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK

Zevaher maintains internal standards aligned with global best practices and UAE regulations to ensure safe and responsible transactions. In certain cases, and especially for high-value orders, we may request supporting documentation such as proof of identity or payment. Zevaher is a registered Dealer in Precious Metals and Stones (DPMS) in the United Arab Emirates and observes applicable legal frameworks including anti-money laundering protocols, sanctions screening, and related compliance measures. Our team is trained regularly on these requirements, and client cooperation helps us maintain a secure and transparent environment for all.

MANUFACTURER'S GUARANTEE AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

We are committed to ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic. In your capacity as consumer, you may have legal rights under the applicable law governing the sale of consumer goods; those legal rights are not affected by these Conditions of Sale.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

Zevaher offers complimentary services including luxury gift wrapping, engraving upon request before production, and the inclusion of a personalized gift note printed on branded stationery.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGE

Due to the bespoke nature of Zevaher creations, most products are crafted specifically to each client’s design, making them ineligible for return or exchange. Products that are personalized, customized, or made-to-order—including those with engravings, custom dimensions, specific gemstone selections, or other design modifications—cannot be returned under any circumstance. Similarly, once an order has progressed beyond the advanced payment stage or entered production, it is considered final and non-refundable.

If a cancellation is requested prior to the start of production, a refund may be granted. In such cases, refunds are processed within fifteen (15) working days and returned through the original payment method. Where Zevaher’s bespoke design services — such as sketches, perspective designs, or CAD models—have been provided, a 25% design service fee will be deducted from the invoiced amount. Once the CAD design is approved and the advance received, no cancellations or refunds will be possible.

We do not offer exchanges on any completed product, as each Zevaher piece is created exclusively for a specific client and cannot be resold or modified for another customer.

REPAIRS

Repair services are available for Zevaher pieces within the United Arab Emirates and select international locations. Clients are encouraged to contact the Customer Experience Team for detailed guidance regarding eligibility, applicable service charges, and step-by-step procedures for initiating a repair request.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions, images, and specifications, slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our creations and the inherent properties of gemstones and metals.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zevaher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between Zevaher and the client. Should any provision be deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain enforceable. Events beyond our reasonable control may delay or prevent our ability to fulfill our obligations. Failure to enforce any part of these Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of enforcement rights.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or related to the Conditions of Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We encourage both parties to seek amicable resolution for at least thirty days prior to initiating any legal proceedings.
