Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations Policy

At Zevaher, nearly all of our creations are bespoke — crafted to reflect the unique vision and specifications of each client. As such, the following return policy applies:
Bespoke Orders: Products made to order or personalized in any way — including engravings, embossments, specific gemstone selections, custom dimensions, or personalized design modifications — cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Customized Design Artifacts Orders that have progressed beyond the advanced payment stage, or where production has commenced, are deemed final and non-refundable.
Sizing Kit Fees: The advance amount paid to receive a sizing kit is non- refundable under any circumstance.
Orders that are canceled prior to the commencement of production may be eligible for a refund. In such cases:
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days, subject to your bank’s processing timelines.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and through formal banking channels.
- If Zevaher’s bespoke design services — including sketches, perspective designs, or CAD reviews — were utilized during the order process, a 25% design service fee will be deducted from the total invoice or quote value before refund.
- Once the CAD design is locked and the advance payment received, the order is considered confirmed, and production will commence. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted beyond this point.
Due to the bespoke nature of Zevaher's creations, we do not accept exchanges on any completed product. Each piece is made exclusively for an individual client and cannot be resold, exchanged, or repurposed.
